Ricetta Graffe Napoletane - Neapolitan sweet "Graffe" recipe

Buongiorno a tutti amici! Oggi post goloso e mangereccio, perché "a me me piace e magnà"!!!! Ihihihih Graffe Napoletaneee!!!!

Eheh a prestoooo mmmuah!!! :*

Hi my dear friends, today a little bit of my custom! This is a tipical Neapolitan sweet which it's called "Graffa" , but basically it's a donut. Let's start! :D

You need for 16 graffe:

- 510 g of white flour
- 100 ml of Milk ( if you prefer soya, almond or rice)
- 150 ml water ambient temperature
- 25 g yeast
- 50 g butter (melted and at ambient temperature)
- 150 g of boiled potatoes
- 1 tea spoon salt
- liquid vanilla extract
-  lemon zest
- 4 table spoon of sugar
- sugar for the dusting
- frying oil

Let's do it!

Put together 3/4 of water ( because the rest will be used for the potatoes),  the milk in a boul and add the yeast and a half part of flour. Mix well with your hands and let the dough covered with cling film until it doubles in size. Then do a puree of potatoes with the rest of the water and add all the others ingredients. Mix all until the dough will be smooth and homogeneous. Notice that the dough shouldn't be so dry. At this point, is the moment to form the donuts, and then let the donuts covered with a dump cloth until you can see that the size is doubled --> see the picture up above.

Cook time! Put the frying oil in a pot. When the oil will be very hot put the donut inside and when it will be golden take off and put the sugar on top! Put the sugar when the donut still to be hot ! And pay attention to not break the donut when you put into the pot!  And...that's it! The result should be like the pictures up above ^_^

I hope you really like this recipe, and if you want let me know, and send me your pictures or comments! See you xxxx

I sogni segreti di Walter Mitty - The secret life of Walter Mitty

Life is about courage, and going into the unknown.

A presto xXxX

I've been to see this film one week ago, and I took some time to apprehend what I've seen just to avoid to write full of emotions. But as you probably know, I'm not so good to talk rationally, and so this post, like others about films, it is not intended to be a review, but simply my point of view. This film is not the new Forrest Gump, absolutely and fotunately, because in my opinion there is only one Forrest Gump, it's unique! More over, this wasn't the intent of the director which was totally different. I read one of his interview in which he said that he only wanted to realize a film on something that all people have in their mind : I mean, a whole world in our head, in which we are the protagonists, because sometimes happen that we don't know how to change our life, and how to realize our dreams. But especially often, we don't realize how extraordinary we are. We think we are only a little part of a whole, but often we are a little componet which is essential for the whole mechanism, and without us it can't work! The film is full of details on the scene and I loved that so much. Seems that everything is about "to pay attention", or at least I got this feeling. To pay attention means to observe, to feel , and go over, to realize that often in some odinary there is some extraordinary!
I suggest you to see this film, also because the photography is astonishing as the soundtrack!
If you want, let me know your opinion, if you appreciated the film or not, I'll be pleased to read yours comment!
See you soon xxxXX

Buongiorno a tutti amici miei!
